REVIEW declined by so called REGULATORY AGENCIES causing SEVERE MISCARRIAGES OF JUSTICE

Julie Shrive (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to Local Government Association

Local Government Association did not have the information requested.

From: Julie Shrive (Account suspended)

4 July 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

As there appears to be no regulation of the unethical practices of
Islington LA & GOL ,with those with same set up colluding,
including the legal I request you to honour an informal review -
oral, with my legal expert witness regarding the LA s directing the
PCTs, also hiring out the Courts with bias [for PCN & Council tax
issues] .
The issue of two miscarriages of justice due to deliberate
destruction of evidence by anarchaic administration is not
acceptable .Statistics show there are major problems here who is
addressing this ?
How many others have there been since HMCS first informed in 2003,
on MA which had to extend a year as a result .
How was this put right?

5 June 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Sent to Islington PCT & LA

I will be requesting an internal review from Home Office as
Islington[ formerly Camden and Islington PCT,LA Islington , North
london hospitals & Dept Health & LAs do not want to address issues
as that they are operating like a call centres on remits. They send
issues onto Complaints or PALS who maladministrate , blame then use
Data Protection inappropriately to maligne using Security and
Community Police to back them up. . This is with full knowledge of
a Strategic Health Authority with a Corporate director in charge &
Councillors not contactable allowing themselves [ admin remits ] to
be directed - MP same . No solicitor wants to litigate 1000x tried
since tried to resolve myself following advice .Suerly in this day
and age there should be at least two/ three Councillors[ shift
basis ]contactable with Trading Standards with juristriction as
before who can resolve problems that require discretion and urgency
. I request a multifacetted internal review with Jack Straw
relating to all 30+ requests ,on My Society FOI site
whatdotheydoforus - dedicated to Chris Lightfoot, as the country is
being governed rigidly, undemocratically causing civil liberties
abuse to many with the the average citizen silenced eg: the
LAs/directing the PCTs ,with GP funds .Mine registered me wrongly
as mentally disabled trying to address issues of discrimination as
employ Doctors, many not fully qualified on contracts. Look what
has happened when my expert witness litigates via admin court that
did the same thing in 2001 whilst on my MA. My evidence from 1997
deliberately destroyed illegally Still have Affadavit and some
evidence also expert witness/legal consulant teacher who will
confirm she is German and says emigrate!! Reduce your paper work
make the country happy by being more democratic.Abolish the call
centre on remits and procedures bring back middle management with
discretion using current research methods such as Case studies
realising if sort out one individual by fixing root cause of their
problems , can help the majority .

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive

Dear Sir or Madam,

NB FOI yesterday regarding loss of democratic function [dealing
with process not issues] with Ombudsmen, Home Office , dept
communities complying. With noone in charge full time with
employees doing as complaints & Security tell them. So request an
outside review with someone not on remit or contract that is
DEMOCRATIC that can resolve not blocking like Irish Head of
Complaints - NB yesterdays issue .

Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir or Madam,

What is more important that I have serious human right civil
liberties issues addressed or you give some fact number or
irrelevent detail . What is going on ? Do you hate human beings .
Your conduct is not only unethical but disgraceful . God help us
for what your agenda is? Certainly not democratic ? !!So request a
meeting with someone not brainwashed by remits, contracts or
process who can resolve.

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive

Dear Sir or Madam,

What is the procedure for serious illegal issues and how many have
you had since January 2009 and how were they resolved?
I am just showing how you waste the public's time taking their
money for maladministrating process . You are also behaving
unethically ignoring illegal issues causing civil liberties/ human
rights [ fair hearing] abuse .

Why are we paying for this?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir or Madam,

You are obviously part of overall corrupt practices taking our
money to waste on your own purposes. You haven't decency to find
out.You don't have the information because you maladministrate as a
matter of course allowing the regulators to comply so request
internal review regarding the treatment of serious issues which you
neglect in favour of process.

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive
