Dear Sir or Madam,
I am coming to you as I can find no organisation functioning
honestly and ethically as I, and everyone else, should not have to
ask questions if the country was running fairly, or be left in
limbo treated like the enemy .
When I ask questions the rubbish that is sent back shows we are
enduring civil liberties abuse .
Please see my requests here re: evidence being destroyed by Royal
Courts of Justice which can prove those operating the system
defrauding.Surely this is not legal? This same matter was pilot for
MA 2003 and nothing to rectify has been done since even though all
Governmentsinformed and MP since 1996 .
Those who have suffered under this NO DISCRETION rule in a
democracy should be duly compensated not only for what they have
lost but for time and monies wasted trying to address this
illegality ??!
I therefore would like a Review re:this & many other injustices &
need to restructure from remits and contracts based on surveys &
statistics[ out of date research] to individual case studies to fix
at the root. Problems that cause damage to one also hurt everyone
else .
By having an admin directed by sole accountants that contracts in
the legal professionals means they are not in control directing.
They are allowing themselves to be contracted in for their own gain
like the Doctors.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Who sees that the administration of Benefits and the Tribunal
Service carries out the decision made as I have spent years trying
to find out . What I have found there is noone legal overseeing
their maladministration to point it is now corrupted . Who is able
to resolve problems and injustice when staff for Government appear
to be on remits not to.This I have just had from Parliamentary
Ombudsman who just reitterate their role and what can't do??Then
blame and so rude put phone down .In a democracy?

NB
I am coming to the Home Office to resolve all problems of
organisations everywhere functioning like call centres with no
discretion . In a democratic country is the Home Office trying to
dodge the issue . Typical . Why lack integrity ? How do you intend
resolving as you seem incapable of knowing what is right or
wrong?So will have to go to PM's office as IFO has same
unreasonable structure .

Perhaps this arrogant person would have the decency to point me in
the right direction or does he know a there is no regulation, and
that monitoring to ascertain there no corruption or bias with
taxpayers money, doesn't exist .
Does he not think it is serious working fo ran organisation that is
set up to resolve , taking a wage for maladministrating as has no
knowledge of named officers or ability to find out..

Thank you for your email to the Attorney Generals Office, I have been
asked to reply.
You have sent an email to the Attorney Generals Freedom of Information
email address, however your email does not make any such request,
therefore your email is not being treated under the Freedom of
Information Act.
I am unsure on what you mean when you say you want "a Review" this
office has no investigatory function and without a clearer description
about what you require "reviewed" I'm afraid we are unable to assist.
You say that evidence has been destroyed by the Royal Courts of Justice,
this is a serious allegation and if you have any evidence of this, I
suggest you contact your local police authority for them to investigate.
I am sorry that this office is unable to help you further.

Are you maladministrating ? Are you incapable of finding out? Is
tax payer paying for you to do nothing? Do you not understand right

under the Freedom of Information Act as it was not a request for
information, therefore the request for an internal review cannot be
invoked. The matters you have raised are for the Ministry of Justice,

This is typical of how system is being defrauded by people like
you. Are we paying for this rubbish? You are abusing your position
of power running an unjust system that is totally anarchaic that
you maladministrate. I grew up when the system was honest and fair
. It is no lomger. so request an internal review to see how you get
out of that .
