Response to Topic of Concern

Dear Sir or Madam,

In Reporter No. 6168 a Notice is published giving the General
Board's response to the Discussion of a Topic of Concern on 7 July
2009. Please would you supply, in electronic form, all information,
up to 26 November 2009, regarding the University's response to the
aforementioned Discussion as well as anything pertaining to the
formulation of that response.

Some of the information may well be in records or minutes of
meetings at which the Discussion and/or the response were
discussed, as well as notes, memos or e-mails about these subjects.
(Of course, some of the information may well be in other places as
well.)

I believe both the Topic of Concern and the response to the
Discussion were discussed at Council. I also believe that this
subject was discussed by the General Board and also by the
University Council Business Committee. However, I may be incorrect,
and, in any case, these matters may have been discussed by other
bodies within the University and at other meetings.
