Dear Carolyn Skeldon,

A reply to my request was due today and I have not received a
reply. As I am sure you are aware, the Freedom of Information Act
states: "A public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly
and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following
the date of receipt."

I now require a reason why I have not received my information.

Yours sincerely,

Daniel Bradshaw

Dear Mr Bradshaw

Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your request.

The period of prolonged adverse weather conditions from when you submitted
your request on 26 December until mid-January put our service under
significant pressure. This meant that many staff not working in functions
critical to the immediate delivery of core services were required to
provide support to A&E operations.

I am sorry that this has led to a backlog in responding to FOI requests.
We are working to catch up and I expect that we will be able to provide
your information within the next week.

Thank you for your patience.

With kind regards
Hester
