Dear Sir or Madam,

Regarding the delegation of responsibility by the PM's office for
our case. The DCMS was given the task of investigating the evidence
supplied in a REPLY document dated January 2008.This was supplied
by myself to the PM on 12th February 2008.The allocation of this
case to the DCMS was repeated by no 10 in correspondence of 24th
April 2008.This concerned a PA,The Imperial War Museum and a first
issue Goetz Lusitania medallion in iron, that I believe is the
property of my late father,Milton Wright. Since 12th February
2008,the DCMS have remained silent on this issue. In view of the
fact that serious flaws were present in evidence supplied by two
IWM Trustees in a REVIEW document dated November 2007,I request
disclosure. The Imperial War Museum maintain they will not provide
or respond to any of our information requests. Therefore, could the
DCMS under the Freedom of Information Act please supply copies of
correspondence between themselves and the PA,The Imperial War
Museum,since 12th February 2008.Previously,Ms E.Foxell of the
Sponsorship Unit had handled this case.

Yours faithfully,

R.G.Wright (Dr).

Dear TARIQ SAIRA,

I have filed a new request dated 20 August 2008:

ACCOUNTABILITY: The transfer of documents from the Prime Minister's
Office to the DCMS.

This is due to the statement you made in line 17 of your original
reply of 18 August 2008 (F o I case 100474)on this website. You
state that you were unable to find any record or transfer of my
letter of 6 February 2008.This letter to No 10 contained an
enclosure of 87 pages and is entitled :

REPLY (January 2008) by R.G.Wright and M.G.Wright (sons of the late
Milton Wright)

This enclosure of 6 February 2008,the REPLY provided clear
evidence,in plates and files, that the IWM had misled and supplied
incorrect information on a repeated basis to a member of the
public. Questions put to the IWM as a result of the REPLY remain
unanswered. The IWM insisting that we have been vexatious. This is a
diversion and incorrect. The facts are that the IWM and it's staff
are involved in a conspiracy to conceal the source and
documentation involved with this medallion:a 1st issue Goetz
Lusitania medallion in iron ,Medallion number MED 937. My request
under the Act was identify which documents and correspondence the
DCMS had received in February 2008 and April 2008.If you have not
received the REPLY from NO 10 then you do not have the necessary
evidence.I would appreciate you supplying a list of correspondence
and enclosures that the DCMS received from No 10 involving this
case in February 2008 and April 2008.

Yours sincerely,

R.G.Wright (Dr)

26 September 2008

Dear TARIQ SAIRA, This case is finalised in two documents:the
REVIEW (November 2007) by two IWM Trustees,Sir Miles Irving (MI)
and Sir Francis Richards (FR); the REPLY (January 2008) by
R.G.Wright and M.G.Wright (RGW/MGW),sons of the late Milton
Wright. In these two documents lies the truth regarding the iron 1st
issue Goetz Lusitania medallion at the Imperial War Museum. The
DCMS's Ms E.Foxell(Sponsorship Unit) was instrumental along with Mr
J.Card ,Secretary to the Trustees at the IWM,in establishing the
grounds for MI/FR's REVIEW document. In February 2008 and also
April 2008,the DCMS was charged by the Prime Ministers Office with
resolving this case. Until material was posted on this Public
website, the DCMS remained silent on the case. On 18 August
2008,Tariq Saira of the DCMS,stated that the necessary
documentation forwarded to Number 10 Downing Street by myself had
not been passed to the DCMS.This was the REPLY document by RGW/MGW
containing 87 pages,a substantial document. The DCMS have remained
silent on the question of where this evidence is now located. The
Prime Minister has a copy and the IWM Director General has a copy.
I would asked the DCMS as the responsible Department to please
answer the F o I request previously tabled regarding the transfer
of documentation from Number 10.

Yours sincerely,

Robert G.Wright.
