Thank you for your request for information in relation to:
Would you be able to advise how many times the police were
requested to attend incident's. And the nature of incident that
required police attendance.-
1) On Palgrave Road Parson Cross S5
Between 2000 and 2002.
2) On Phillips Road Loxely S6
Between 2000 and 2009
Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third
party. In some circumstances South Yorkshire Police may be unable to
achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given a
revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity
There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and
the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment
from you. If you choose not to make a payment then your request will
remain unanswered.
Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.

RESPONSE
Unfortunately the South Yorkshire Police Incident Management System
archive only extends back to the month of December 2002. As a result our
response to your question 1) must be that we hold no information.
The information you have requested in question 2 is contained within the
spreadsheet attached to this correspondence. I should point out that, for
the reasons outlined above, the information only relates to the period
between 01/12/2002 and 31/12/2009.
