I herewith writting with strong emotional feelings for the
irresponsoble activities of Passport officer,British Deputy High
Commission,Chennai,India.
I request the reason and detailed report under FOI act.
She has to reveal that why not I born in eight and half month as a
babby to my father.I condemned her suspection on my birth.she has
to reveal all backgrounds.

I strongly object the activities of pasport officer,BDHC,chennai
because she doesn't disclose the reason for the refusal on my
application.I don't ask my sister's one.I need my application and
its merit.
she has to reveal and release soon.

Data Protection Cases - Acknowledgement
SUBJECT: DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
Thank you for your letter of 02 July 2009, requesting access under section 7(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998 to personal data held on yourself by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
Please note that we can take no further action on your request until we have received further proof of your identity.
The further proof of identity we need to see is:
. A photocopy of the identification pages of your current passport or of a current photo driving licence; and
. The original of a current utilities (eg electricity) bill, or a credit card or bank statement, which includes your name and current address. We will return this to you.
Please note that we will not be able to process your request without this information nor are we obliged to under current legislation. Furthermore, your request will be cancelled if we have not heard back from you within 4 weeks.
From 1 April 2009, all requests received by the FCO for information held by the United Kingdom Borders Agency (UKBA) will be passed to the UKBA to handle. Please note that UKBA charge £10 for processing all requests for information under the Data Protection Act 1998. Their details are below:
