Request reason of refusal to my BOC in Chennai

I herewith request the reson of refusal for my British overseas
passport applied at British Deputy High Commission,chennai,India.

The passport officer was refused blindly with out any consideration
and review.She told that I was eight month and twenty six days born
babby.I need full report and reason with medical evidence.

collecetd information and found it insufficient because you
supplied only the letters proir to the year 2007 and email with me
to you and the British High Commission.

But our letters of year 2009 to BDHC,Chennai and their reply to us
was not supplied.
and there are some copies of documents also not provided.

I request you to please do the needful by release and unveil it
soon.
