Request fot information
UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002- SECTION 23
PUBLICATION SCHEME

Dar sir or madam

I wish to request under Fife Council Publication scheme the
following general enquiries my preferred method is electronic/email
where possible

Road Safety: Traffic and Crash Data Current statistics on traffic
flows and crash data in Fife

Council Procedures for HMI Inspections - General Enquiries - ON
REQUEST FROM EDUCATION

School Policies is prescribed as a General Enquiries, available
HTML - fifedirect

Environment & Transportation Committee Current membership and
agendas, minutes and reports for previous six months accept where
Exemptions may apply AVAILABLE ON FIFEDIRECT. FOR AGENDAS/ MINUTES/
REPORTS again not found via fife direct

Road Safety Strategy Current Road Safety Strategy operating within
Fife

However a general search of fifedirect and a Search For A
Publication VIA FIFEDIRECT Along with a Google search
all to none of the information was not returned as prescribed
therefore would request them preferably in electronic/email format
or direct links to html’s please.

I would also take this opportunity to formally complain In my
experience approximately 90% within the publication scheme that
references fifedirect WEB or html is not published in accordance
with Fife council approved publication scheme and request this be
rectified with urgency.
As it is my understanding regarding publication schemes is that
once approved, the authority must publish information in accordance
with the scheme.

Yours Faithfully J Guthrie

Dea Mr Hind
please find below the information I have recieved in response
regarding this FOI request, . I feel it to be contemtpuous in the
way that this response only provides a small amount of the
information I provided in requesting the information and in no way
adresses my request.

Where I appreciate I am asked to appeal to legal Having previously
used this appeal service I found the Appeal consisted of a phone
call to someone out of the department that held the information,
and that person had no access to the information resulting in the
response - no you hace all the information- As FOI is a legal
responsibility I feel there should be more respect given in its
handling
I would ask your assurance that all the information I requested is
provided.
