Degree qualifiers at institutions in Wales + Northern Ireland for
2006/07.
The information you are seeking is available (for a fee)from the
HESA Information Provision team by completing the on-line data
request form on this page:

I am therefore unable to provide you with the information you
require under the Freedom of Information Act Section 21 (1) (a)
which exempts disclosure of information if it is accessible by
other means.
Appeals procedure If you are unhappy with the result of your
request for information, you may request an internal review within
two calendar months of the date of this letter. If you wish to
request an internal review please contact me. If you are not
content with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right
to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.

Why must one be expected to pay for public data from a private
company (hesa)?
I note the following "Higher Education Statistics Agency student
record" is owned by the DIUS
