Please find attached your requested information.

However, Oracle Financials accounting system holds an invoice
description field which may or may not be completed by the imputer.
This is the only information which is held regarding "nature of the work
undertaken" Oracle Financials accounting system does not hold any
indicators regarding "was the work satisfactory or met its targets".
Oracle Financials accounting system only holds the last 6 financial
years of invoice records in line with central Govt. regulations - this
has been provided
