Dear Sir or Madam,
Can you tell me if a company by the name of "The Campaign Company"
registration number 04275708 has undertaken any work for your
organisation since 23/08/2001?
If so, what was the nature of the work undertaken, was the work
satisfactory or met its targets and what was the total cost for the
undertaking of this work?
If said company has undertaken more than one piece of work with
your organisation can you give information for each case
individually?
Yours faithfully,
Gavin Starky

Dear Mr Starky
Thank you for submitting a Freedom of information Act request to the London Borough of Lambeth.
You have asked for:
1) Has the company by the name of "The Campaign Company" registration number 04275708 undertaken any work for your organisation since 23/08/2001?
2) What was the nature of the work undertaken?
3) Was the work satisfactory or met its targets and what was the total cost for the undertaking of this work?
4) lf said company has undertaken more than one piece of work with your organisation can you give information for each case individually?
Response for information:
1) Yes
2) There is one invoice on the system since Aug 01 - (see attached invoice) - The description on the invoice is "Videocube at Lambeth Country fair" - for further detail on the work undertaken please see the attached emailed response from Business Unit.
Text from invoice:
Videoqube at Lombeth country Fair
Costs for two doys £3,400.00
Expenses £150.00
Terms: 14 days from dote of invoice
SUB-TOTAL £3,550.00
17.5% VAT £621.25
TOTAL £4.171.25
3) Services of the Campaign Company were used as part of the community engagement work during preparation of the Sustainable Community Strategy. The Campaign Company were engaged to video interviews with the public over the two days of the Lambeth Country Show, and produce a 'Vox Pops' DVD edited together to highlight the main concerns of the contributors about Lambeth. The editing of the material was undertaken by the Campaign Company in consultation with two members of my community engagement team. A set of DVDs was produced which we were then able to use in workshops and other development and consultation events. The work was completed on time and, although there were some issues with sound quality on some of the recordings, this was due to the inherent background noise at the Country Show and was unavoidable. The final DVD was considered a very powerful tool to convey the concerns of the residents of Lambeth to the decision-makers.
4) £4,171.25
