I would be grateful for some clarification of your request. Please could

Thank you for your request of clarification. The only information I
have relates to a claim made on their company website that states:
"We devised and implemented a consultation process about the level
of council tax and service provision for the borough’s ten
neighbourhood forums, which included facilitating ten separate
meetings. This also incorporated discussion of the local strategic
partnership’s community plan. Our approach was singled out for
praise by both Labour and Conservative groups on the council." I'm
assuming from that description that the work related to either
something around community parterships or the the taxaton
department?

Since the Council had to clarify your request (the request was received
by the Council on the 18th September 2008 and the Council sent a
clarification request to you on the same day) and did not receive a
response from you until the 24th September 2008 the 20 working day
deadline did not start until the Council was in receipt of your
clarification on the 24th September 2008. This means that, in line with
the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Council will respond to your
request promptly and before the 22nd October 2008.

We have conducted a search into our records and confirm that we do not
hold any record of work done by "The Campaign Company" for the Council
since 2001/2. However, "The Campaign Company" had worked for the council
previously but owing to the length of time that has elapsed the Council
no longer holds details of the work.

If you are unhappy with the way the department has handled your request
under the Freedom of Information Act, you may ask for an internal
review. You can do this by outlining the details of your complaint and
either
