According to our records the Trust has not made any purchase orders with
this company.

Hi

The answer was relating to information held within our electronic
purchasing system for orders raised through our primary ordering process
within the Trust.
We do have a secondary processing mechanism which is manual and is more
difficult to track, however one department has confirmed that they did use
this company in 2006 to assist the Trust in face to face consultations for
recruiting members within the process the Trust was going through to
become a foundation Trust.

I believe that this is the only occurrence but as yet not all records have
been trawled through.

It is likely that there are no occurrences past 2006 as the manual process
that existed then has been changed.
