Dear Mr Taylor,
Thank you for your request for information received on 25 April 2010. I am sorry for the slight delay in getting back to you.
I passed this request to our Insurance section and they are not sure how you are defining compensation claims. In your sixth question you ask for a breakdown by type of compensation claim, and mention two possibilities (personal injury, employment issues) but what other claims would you expect to see included within your request? Not all compensation claims are handled through our Insurance section, so it is a little difficult to know where to search for the information until we know the full scope of your request.
Regards,
