Request for copies of communication with "internationally recognised expert"

Ordnance Survey did not have the information requested.
From: Charles Arthur

Dear Sir or Madam,
In a previous FOI request you have indicated that the
"internationally recognised expert" who reviewed the OS's internal
study on International Funding Models did so without any
renumeration or contract.
You have also indicated that the person does not wish to be
identified.
I request copies of all OS emails, letters and notes from any
telephone conversations to or from the internationally recognised
expert that were made in relation to their review of this study
(for example approaching them to carry out the review, sending them
the review, receiving their comments on the review).
Because there was no payment made to this person in relation to the
review, which has been made public, there logically cannot be any
commercial-in-confidence element to those communications.
Redaction of personally identifying information - such as their
email, telephone number, and title, though not their employing
organisation (unless they are self-employed or a sole trader) - is
acceptable to protect their identity.
Yours faithfully,
Charles Arthur
