I am looking to compile a list of the contact details of every gas
and electricity provider in the UK including 1 ) there full address
and postcode and 2) their Information Security/IT Security
Manager/Officer name and contact details.
I understand some of this may be classed as personal but accurate
job titles would be great.

The contact information for all licensed companies (i.e. their registered addresses) is on our website in a couple of PDFs - here are the links.

We do not have a list of their IS/IT Managers as we do not require it for regulatory purposes. You'd need to contact the companies directly for that information.
