Re: Request for Information
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request which we received on
09 October 2008.
I can confirm that Eastleigh Borough Council does not hold the
information requested.
I have been advised that the camera used at the meeting on 2nd October
2008 was operated only to provide coverage of the proceedings for those
people in the public gallery unable to see the whole of the chamber. The
pictures from the camera were shown on the television monitor. No tape
was in the camera and no recording of the meeting was made
