maintaining defective road signs and road markings and remedying
any defects.
Could you please supply me with:
1. A copy of this system or inform me as to where a copy can be
found.
2. The information retained from parking attendents within the
system since 2005.

"The Commissioner finds that Bolton Council failed to provide an appropriate response to the complainant within the statutory time frame for compliance and has breached section 10(1) of the Act in failing to comply with section 1(1) within twenty working days."
