Dear Sir or Madam,

I made the following request by email to [email address] on
09/06/2009 and have not had an acknowledgement of my request. Could
you chase this up?

I was reading the Agenda for the Council meeting on the 8 June and
noticed the following line in the minutes of the Social Work and
Health committee: There was submitted Report No 286-2009 by the
Director of Social Work advising of the implications of Four
Seasons Healthcare's decision to close Camperdown Care Home.

Would it be possible to get a copy of this report as I am unable to
find it on your website?
