Dear Sir or Madam,
Has Southwark commissioned the replacement of any missing

If so where and when were they/was it installed?
Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Neale
Please see response to your recent Freedom of information request
The network development team placed an order for 5 new parking permit
signs to be installed in Amelia Street in locations shown on the
attached document.
The order was raised with our in-house signs manufacturer (SMS) on 17
September 2008 who later reported to us that the work had commenced 2
Oct and was completed on 3rd Oct 2008.
The reason for the order was to reinstate signs that had been removed
(not by the council) as part of routine sign maintaince.
