Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to split my question into two parts however they are
at least in my mind related.
1.Can you please advise me when the southbound carriageway of the
A9 from the turnoff to Blackford as far as Greenloaning was last
resurfaced? If this stretch was not tackled in its entirety could
you please advise which section was last treated to a complete
refurbishment i.e.the most recent time when an old surface was torn
up and new surface laid.
2.What are your guidelines for the length of time that you expect a
road surface to last on a typical high density trunk road such as
say the A9 from Stirling to Perth or the M80 from Stirling to
Cumbernauld.
Yours faithfully,
A.Trombala
