Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like details of correspondence and documents pertaining to
the removal of trees in Crouch Street Colchester on 19th October
2009.

23 October 2009
Dear Mr Bailey
Thank you for your email of 20 October regarding the tree removal in
Crouch Street. Paul Simpson of ECC Highways is co-ordinating the scheme
and can provide you with further information, including costs.
I attach my report following my preliminary meeting with Paul. New pits
with appropriate root deflectors will be installed and new trees planted.
We have decided to plant Acer campestre "Elegant" in Crouch Street and one
Tilia x euchlora in Manor Road. It is anticipated the work will be
completed by the end of November.
I hope this is helpful.
Yours sincerely
Simon Smith
