... a regulatory impact assessment [has] been placed in the
libraries of both Houses of Parliament. Copies are also available
from the Consumer and Competition Policy Directorate, Department of
Trade and Industry, 1 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0ET.
As I have been unable to find this document on the BERR website, I
would be very grateful if you could send me an electronic copy of
it.
