Dear Land Registry,

Please can you provide info on how the owner of a freehold title
(Property) alters the register to accurately depict the correct
chargee (mortgage company)

especially when the existing lender, listed on the title, and the
new lender have expressly stated that they will not notify the LR
and as such violate section 27(3)&(4) of the Land registry Act 2002
which require that it is mandatory to notify Land Registry of the
sale/transfer/assignment of their interest in the property.
