Registered synagogues

Steve Elibank made this Freedom of Information request to Identity and Passport Service

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Identity and Passport Service should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

I understand that synagogues and places of meeting for religious
worship of persons professing the Jewish religion can apply to the
Registrar-General for formal status.

Please tell me how many such institutions are registered, and
provide a full list of them.

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank
