From: Paul Burke
7 April 2009
Dear Sir or Madam,
Recently, the West Midlands Select Committee was due to meet at the
Old Library of the Custard Factory, Digbeth, Birmingham. This
meeting was unfortunately cancelled due to what was explained as
"MP's on this committee being unwilling to travel from London to
this meeting".
I respectfully request, for your department to outline the costs of
setting up this meeting and what monies have been lost by this
meeting being cancelled?
Yours faithfully,
Paul Burke
