Dear Mr. Urquhart,

I write in response to your request for information disclosure under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, in which you requested the following
information about Regional Economic Council Meetings, and I address each
of your points in turn:

1) The number of meetings of the Regional Economic Council (REC) that the
chair of Yorkshire Forward has attended since October 2008.

Response: 3

2) The number of other board members or Yorkshire Forward staff members
travelling with the chair to those meetings.

Response: Nil

3) The total cost of travel and accommodation of Yorkshire Forward staff
when attending those meetings.

Response: Nil. (See Point 2) - No other Yorkshire Forward staff travelled
with the Chair to the REC Meetings.

4) Details of any meetings of the Yorkshire Forward board concerning the
results of REC meetings.

October 2008) and 95^th (12^th March 2009) [1]Yorkshire Forward Board
