FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 (FOIA) - REFERENCE: FOI 2009-173

Thank you for your request for information regarding refusal notices
issued during 2008, received 20 May 2009.

We have completed our search for the information you requested. However a

constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject.
The redacted refusal notices are only available in paper copy and I should
therefore be grateful if you would provide a postal address so that we can
post the information to you.

I am unfortunately unable to proceed with your request until I hear from

It would not be unreasonable to ask them to scan the documents and upload them to this website.

The Information Commissioner considers an email address perfectly acceptable for all correspondence when making a FOI request to a Public Authority.
