A request for information was made by Mr Wagstaff on 22nd February
2009 concerning WLDC Policy and procedures.
On 13th MAy 2009 after much evasion an 'answer' was posted with the

1. Please supply specific information as to what the following
reference number refers :

2. What ASB Policies and Procedures have you in place for:
a) Placing persons under covert surveillance ?

b) Where/ how can relevant reports by your ASB 'Team' be inspected.

c) Has your ASB team loaned surveillance equipment or issued
surveillance equipment to ACIS housing association tenants? If so
what official authorises such use ?

surveillance carried out by yr ASB 'team in 2007/2008.

As to the rest you have managed to create utter confusion by your
evasive, delayed and obfuscated so-called replies. Shame on you.
