Further to your request received on 19 February 2009, I confirm that
Torbay Council has completed its search for the information that you
requested.

1) Please can you tell me how much revenue profit has been made by the
waste recycling process since it's commencement within the Torbay
borough's boundaries?

The waste recycling process has never been in surplus, expenditure has
always exceeded income.

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
