Dear Sir or Madam,
The Home Office has appointed a "Convenor of the IPS Expert Panel".
Please tell me:
1. How much money was spent on recruitment consultants and
advertising to find applicants for this post.
2. On how many dates advertisements for the post were published,
and in which newspapers.
3. Apart from newspapers, what other advertising channels were
used.
4. How many people completed applications for the post.
5. How many applicants for the post were interviewed.
Note that I am seeking information about the recruitment process,
and not any information whatsoever about the individual applicants.

Dear Home Office,
On 24th November I submitted an FOI request on the recruitment
process for the "Convenor of the IPS Expert Panel" - the text is
attached again below, for your reference. I have not yet received
the information I requested. I would remind you that, by law, you
should have replied promptly to my request, and in any case by
yesterday, 23rd December 2009. Your response is now late. Please
let me know when I can expect your reply.

and Passport Service (IPS) by the Home Office. It seems that due to an
administrative error your original FOI request was not received by the FOI
Team in IPS.

Dear IPSFOIs,
On 24th November I submitted an FOI request on the recruitment
process for the "Convenor of the IPS Expert Panel" - the text is
attached again below, for your reference.
On 24th December I wrote to you to remind you that the response to
my FOI request was overdue. Farooq Belai replied to tell me that my
original request had been ignored because of an administrative
error, and committing to respond by yesterday, 26th January.
Both the legal FOI deadline and your self-selected deadline of 26th
January have now expired, and I have not received a response.
Please let me know when I can expect your reply.
