Record of reply times to Freedom of Information Act requests for information

Dear Mr Bland

Further to your FOI request dated 13 April 2008, asking "how many requests
for information has the Council received under the FOI Act, and how many
requests were answered within the 20 working days time limit"

Please be advised that we do not keep records relating to FOI requests for
more than 12 months, we also do not hold a record detailing of the number
of FOI requests dealt with.

We are therefore unable to answer your request as we do not hold the
information.

Please find attached a copy of the Council's FOI complaints procedure.
