Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Parbat Ramji Gorasia, I am an ex-student of Copland High
School, I studied from 1975-1981.
I am trying to track my academic records stating that I have
studied there and also my examination results or any other
qualifications that I had achieved. I lost these records when I
moved house from 41 Mostyn Avenue, Wembley, HA9 8AY in 1989.

I would be grateful if you could try and help me track down this
information.

Because you are asking for your own personal data requests like these are not dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act but under the Data Protection Act and are known as subject access requests. In order to be able to progress your request we will need proof of your identity and your current address.
