Dear A.L. Stopper

I write further to your Freedom of Information request received on 18th
March 2009.

In response I can confirm that although the Council carry out some exit
interviews this is not systematic and we do not track, record or manage
reasons for staff leaving. I am therefore unable to supply the
information requested.

I hope this answers your request satisfactorily but should you be
dissatisfied with the information provided you should send your
complaint to the Council's Freedom of Information Officer at Swale
Borough Council, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT.
Should you remain dissatisfied you can appeal against the decision by
contacting the Information Commissioner, FOI Compliance Team
(complaints), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

Yours sincerely
