Under the current statutory Regulations of the freedom of
information of public departments I would like to make the
following request.
Would you confirm a list of information your department holds on
record about the assessment of individuals that are classed to have
a learning disability?

I am afraid that the Department of Health does not hold information of the
kind you require. Local authorities may hold relevant information as they
have a duty to assess individuals who require support. For further
