For the attention of Marie Griffiths:

In response to your request, please find the Lancashire Police
Authority's response below:

1. On average, the Authority receives less than 5 requests per
annum, sometimes NIL. However, we do receive a number of requests which
are intended for Lancashire Constabulary and these are passed on in
consultation with the requester.
2. The Authority's publication scheme (available on the website
www.lancspa.gov.uk) will provide details in respect of this query.
3. Due to the small numbers of requests received by the Authority,
any request received is scrutinised as a matter of course.
4. I am a unclear what you require in respect of this query. I am
presuming you mean have there been any occasions where the information
we hold is incorrect. If this is the case, the answer is that I am
not aware of any occasions where the information we hold is incorrect.
However, if this is not the type of information you require,
would you please further clarify your request.

If you require anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Many thanks.
