Dear Greater Manchester Police,
Apologies for the delay in responding to your query.
I am interested in all requests received under the DPA. If you are
able to break this down by request type that would be very helpful.
Regarding question 5 I am interested in all personal data held by
GMP to which the DPA applies.
Yours faithfully,
Marie Griffiths

Hi Marie,
This request will be treated as new, because you have taken over 2 months
to reply to the clarification requested in March. Furthermore, it would
appear that you have submitted (4) questions and not 5, yet you have
provided clarification to question (5). I would appreciate if you could
clarify this by return.
After receiving your reply, your request will then be considered and you
will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of
20 working days as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing reference to a third
party.
If the requested additional information has not been received by 10 June
2010, I will assume you no longer wish to proceed with this request and
will treat it as withdrawn.
Kind regards
Corine
