Dear Sir or Madam,

Between 1989 and 1995, while Jerry White was running Hackney
Council, how many complaints did the Local Government Ombudsman
office receive against Hackney council regarding racial
discrimination/harassment?

What proportion of these complaints were made by people who were
black?

What proportion of the black complainants were Nigerians?
