Please could you supply me, in electronic format if possible, the
locations (preferably grid coordinates) of all mains electricity
pylons in East Anglia. In the very least, an indication of the path
of the cables, with as many pylon points as possible marked.

If this can be easily obtained, I would like to extend this request
out to the whole of the UK.

If this request is not pertinent to your organisation, and if not,
please could you direct me to the proper authority who would hold
such information.

Thank you for your enquiry. This information publically available. The Ordnance Survey 1:50 000 (2cm to 1km) scale maps shows the route of all high tension cables in the UK.

We have no specific need (for regulation purposes) of the grid reference of each individual pylon, so we do not collect this information separately.
