Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the freedom of information act could you please send me all
documents relevant to the creation of the website found at
mylifemyid.org.
This would include copies of the original proposal, any discussion
on what method should be taken to engage young people in the
debate, how Virtual Surveys were chosen and who by, the purpose of
the site and what would be done with the information gathered on
the site.
