Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Vehicle and Operator
Services Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Published timetables
for vehicle inspections on the A5'.

Your application of exemption 31 of the FOI Act 2000 has been
incorrectly applied. The disclosure of the information I have
requested DOES NOT prevent you from carrying out your duties in any
way, nor does it affect the purpose of ascertaining whether any
person has failed to comply with the law.
