Dear Mr Williams
Further to your request for information, following a review of our records
we realise we did not respond to you and we apologise for this oversight.
After following this up we have determined that we are unable to process
your request on this occasion. It is estimated to take more than 18 hours
of staff time to collate the information that you have requested, which
would exceed the appropriate cost limit for Local Authorities of £450 (for
providing information under the Freedom of Information Act).
