Dear Mr Williams,
Unfortunately we are unable to provide an accurate figure in relation to
these wide-ranging matters. Staffing costs will not be able to be calculated
and analysis of the budgets of each Section of the Authority will take
officers over the fee limit specified in the Regulations in accordance with
Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act.
I apologise that we are unable to be of further assistance.

Dear Ceredigion Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Ceredigion Council's
handling of my FOI request 'Publicity costs'.
I don't understand why staffing costs would stop you. I have asked
all other Welsh County Councils, and they have provided me with the
information.
