Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your request of 12th June 2009 which I acknowledged in my email to you of
15th June 2009. Before I am able to proceed with your request I require some further clarification.
I am informed that there are many different types of reports produced by the Care Quality Commission
For example those in relation to Social Care Inspection, those undertaken routinely with respect to
Healthcare providers and also specific investigations into services.
I would therefore be grateful if you could confirm which type of reports you are reffering to in your request
Because each type of report is subject to a different process.
I look forward to receiving this clarification.
Best Wishes
Tallulah
