Susan Davis made this Freedom of Information request to Her Majesty’s Treasury

From: Susan Davis

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please could you provide me with a list of all performance-related
pay schemes in the public sector, the categories of staff (i.e. job
titles) to which they apply, the approximate numbers of staff in
each such category, and the total percentage of public sector
employees covered by such schemes. By "performance-related pay
scheme" I mean both schemes where an element of remuneration during
each year is related to performance, and schemes where the annual
increase in pay and/or benefits an individual receives in related
wholly or in part to their performance.
The Cabinet Office has kindly responded to a similar request in
response to the Civil Service. You can view their reply at
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/pe...
Please could you provide me with the equivalent information for the
wider public sector.
Thank you
Susan Davis
