Public Sector Consultation on spending Cuts

Alfred Swales made this Freedom of Information request to Her Majesty’s Treasury

The request was successful.

From: Alfred Swales

Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,

I undersatand that the Voalition government is conduction an
exercise to consult with Public Sector workers on ideas for
spending cuts and savings that can be made in the public sector.

I would like to ask:

How many public sector workers have actually been contacted (or at
least a communication such as a letter or email sent out to them)?

What form of communication is being used for this exercise?

What is the cost?

Have obvsious savings such as charging for FOI requests (like this
one) been considered?

If the answer to the above is no. Please state if any consideration
has been given to this.

Yours faithfully,

Alfred Swales
