Dear Sir or Madam,

Do Controllers work to the 2x2x2 rota originally taught in a
Merseyside Police resource management course and adopted by
Merseyside Constabulary in September 1999, have they ever worked to
this rota system, and was the rota system adopted but later
abandoned? This question is asked in the interest of potential
public safety issues consequential to staff who regularly work anti
social hours.

Yours faithfully,

S Day
