Thank you for your recent request which has been dealt with under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). You requested the following
information:

How many public car parks under public or private ownership there are
in the area covered by the Council that are bounded on two or more sides
by open sea and liable to flooding at high tide or during conditions of
storm. Also, if there are any, their locations.

There is one car park within the Borough which is bounded on two or
more sides by the sea. The Car Park is West Pier Car Park and is
situated on Foreshore Road , Scarborough, YO11 1PG
