Could you confirm to Lincolnshire County Council whether you are
specifically looking at the City of Lincoln or the whole of Lincolnshire
in relation to your request. Lincolnshire County Council will need to
know this information as a matter of urgency as they have instructed
district authorities to look into this request but your request does not
specify any other towns in Lincolnshire?
Thank you
